The coffee tour:

The coffee tour will start with a beautiful walk through the valley of the plantation where you will visit the coffee fields and the experienced farmers will teach you how the coffee is planted, matured and harvested. They will then proceed to educate you about coffee exportation, requirements for growing high quality coffee, syntropic agriculture, general health of the plants and the basic differences between Arabica and Robusta. The tour continues on how the coffee is processed: drying, cleaning, classifying, sorting and hot it is properly roaster. 

Lastly we will enter the coffee roasting workshop, in which you will learn about the usage of the roasting machine, how the roasting process functions and finally we will all roast together and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.
