Arrival Day  Pick Up From Airport

Meet on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport/ Arusha Airport. Transfer to your Hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay.


Day 1 : Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

You'll depart from Arusha after breakfast and begin the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey will take approximately two hours to reach the unique and majestic scenery of the Manyar Lake. The park is truly a photographer's playground and offers amazing game viewing. You can expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals like giraffes, zebras, hippos, warthogs and tree-climbing lions lounging and chilling on acacia trees. Bird-watchers will find Lake Manyara is an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly coloured lilac breasted roller.

Day 2 : Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will start your drive to Serengeti National Park. This drive will take you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area so you will be able to view the Ngorongoro Crater on the way. This drive will take around six hours depending on the game on the way because sometimes there is a high concentration of game on the southern plains. You will be able to spot lions, elephants, waterbucks, hippos, hyenas, wildebeest herds, golden jackals, antelopes and gazelles all basking in their natural habitat. You will stop for a picnic lunch on the way then proceeds to your camp/lodge with a game drive en-route arriving in the evening.

Day 3 : Serengeti to Ngorongoro Area

After breakfast you will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area so you will be able to view the Ngorongoro Crater on the way. Golden-maned lions sunbathing on a rock, an elusive leopard chilling out on a branch of an acacia tree and a cheetah chasing a gazelle at full speed on the never-ending sunburnt plains - to name just a few of the Serengeti’s magical beasts. Common sightings during the drive around the Ngorongoro area include lions, wildebeest herds, golden jackals, antelopes and gazelles among many others. This drive will take around six hours depending on the game on the way because sometimes there is a high concentration of game on the southern plains. Day 4 : Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Ngorongoro is one of the 8 Wonders of the World and the crater is a very important refuge for a variety of wildlife. After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view astonishing wildlife. In midday, you will have your lunch at the base of the crater and relax before you initiate on your second game viewing or the day. Most commonly seen are flocks of huge elephants, big herds of wildebeest, zebras, Thompson and grant gazelles, hippopotamus, African cape buffalos, prides of lions, hyenas, serval cats, golden and black-backed jackals and close to 400 species of birds. The illustrious and endangered black rhinos also have their refuge within the crater and are protected from the local authorities. When you finish your game viewing you will follow the transfer back to Arusha town, or directly to the airport.
